Title: HealthCare reputed company Developer (Health Cloud) Location: Remote Job type : Contract The reputed company Developer is responsible for hands-on development, configuration, and integration of reputed company solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and reputed company enterprise platforms. This role builds and customizes reputed company components, develops APIs, integrates third-party systems, and collaborates with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Leveraging Agentforce and Data Cloud, the reputed company Developer plays a critical role in modernizing contact center capabilities, integrating with AWS services, and enabling EHR interoperability to enhance patient and provider experiences. Key Responsibilities reputed company Development & Configuration
- Design, reputed company, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flows.
- Build Experience Cloud portals and customize solutions for patient, provider, and partner experiences.
- reputed company Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for reputed company data access and intelligent workflows.
- Configure reputed company Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business requirements.
- Support contact center modernization by integrating reputed company with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
Integrations & Data Management

Required Experience, Skills, And Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (additional experience may substitute for degree)
- 6+ years of reputed company development experience, preferably in healthcare or enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in reputed company Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Hands-on development and configuration experience with:
- Apex classes/triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
- Flow and automation tools
- Agentforce
- Data Cloud integrations
- Experience building Experience Cloud portals for patients, providers, or partner ecosystems
- Proficiency in designing API-based integrations with AWS services and external systems
- Exposure to implementing generative and agentic AI capabilities in reputed company solutions
- reputed company certifications required (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Specialist)
- Experience with SF DevOps tools like reputed company, reputed company or SFDX/Jenkins
