In this critical concierge role, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from reputed company high-risk members, addressing their inquiries, and providing personalized support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities

• Telephonically assist members with inquiries reputed company to enrollment, claims history, billing, and deductible applications, ensuring accuracy and resolution.
• Utilize the blithequark Conversation Strategy to deliver outstanding customer service, follow up on issues, and ensure timely resolution for customers.
• Research and resolve service-reputed company inquiries, meeting established expectations for quality, productivity, and timeliness.
• Assist members using probing questions and critical thinking to resolve their inquiries and provide personalized support.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 2 years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of building collaborative relationships with customers, clients, and/or peers in different teams.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

In addition to these requirements, you will need:

• High-speed stable internet with a router that has 2 ports and is no further than 10 feet away from your workstation.
• The ability to commit to a 12-week fully reputed company program with limited absences.
• The ability to use multiple systems while resolving/responding to customer inquiries and concerns reputed company phone.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve simple to reputed company issues.
• Demonstrated reputed company and compassion, with outstanding listening and communication skills.
• The ability to work assigned shifts between 8:00 AM-6:30 PM EST, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $19.04 per hour, with a salary grade range of $17.98-29.13. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
