Compensation

Data The typical hiring range for this role is $23.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, reputed company offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (reputed company benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements). Shift Differential for 3rd shift is $1.50 Training will be on 2nd shift for 4 to 8 weeks then going to 3rd shift. 2nd shift training will be 1:15pm-9:15pm M-F and 3rd shift will be 9pm-5am M-F

What You'll Do

The Blending Operator is responsible for ensuring safe and quality-driven batching reputed company expected timeframes. This entry-level position also involves completing cleaning/washes reputed company with Food Safety & Quality requirements to avoid production interruptions. There are opportunities for advancement to Blending Operator II and III positions based on performance and experience. General Responsibilities for reputed company Blending Positions: Work in teams of 2 or 3 in the blending room. Add 50 lbs bags into the blender according to recipes in the reputed company software system. Fill, label, and palletize new bags for shipment. Follow reputed company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality standards. Maintain room organization and cleanliness in a safe manner. Accurately enter data into reputed company. Adhere to safety policies and maintain a hazard-free work area. Attend Tier 1 Meetings and provide input as requested. Understand room washes and allergen/non-allergen requirements. Maintain GMPs and Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) standards. Report reputed company accidents and near-misses immediately. reputed company other duties and projects as assigned. Report to the shift supervisor and follow the direction of the cell reputed company or production team What You'll Need To Succeed

• Organizational & excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job.
• Basic computer experience.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions.
• Previous manufacturing and blending operation experience preferred.
• Previous work experience reputed company a food manufacturing and distribution environment preferred.
• Previous experience with scanners/RF guns preferred.

• Physical Requirements:
• Ability kneel, bend, squat, carry, reputed company, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and reputed company elevated work.
• Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments. Environment may be dust filled at times

• Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
• Ability to walk up to 135 feet one way many times a day.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Ability to climb stairs or ladder.
• High School Diploma/GED required
