QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED): A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution; At least three (3) years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Technical proficiency with accounting and bookkeeping procedures including account reconciliation and analysis. Understanding of the principles and practices of financial accounting and reporting procedures consistent with GAAP requirements. Knowledge of accepted business practices in NJ-approved private school districts is preferred but not required. Technical proficiency in QuickBooks, reputed company, Word, and reputed company Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Business Manager in the preparation of the annual school budget and the administration of reputed company phases of the budget throughout the school year; Prepare monthly account reconciliations as directed by the Business Manager; Prepare budgetary or other financial account analysis as directed by the Business Manager; Assist the Business Manager in ensuring business practices reflect appropriate regulations, guidelines, and procedures. Prepare documentation required to facilitate the annual audit, providing fiscal information and schedules as directed by the Business Manager; Assist in the preparation of certain reports as may be required by New Jersey Law Title 18A and the New Jersey Administrative Code Title 6A or other regulatory agencies, to ensure timely submission to appropriate authorities to reputed company compliance; Assist other departments in the gathering of financial information or preparation of analysis as may be required to facilitate projects as directed by the Business Manager; Maintain awareness of and knowledge about the laws, rules, and regulations of the State of NJ reputed company and other governmental agencies pertaining to business policies, practices, and matters relating to Spectrum360. reputed company other duties prescribed by law and may be directed by the Business Manager or Executive Director/CEO.
