About the position Responsibilities • Enter information from the tracking forms into the Medical Management System • Process referrals and reputed company specific referrals to appropriate departments • Maintain database and documentation • Enter and update data in the Immunization database • Conduct reputed company to parents/guardians of members whose immunizations are not up-to-date • Contact members reputed company telephone and/or mail on child health and wellness reputed company topics • Communicate with providers on member reputed company issues • reputed company follow-up calls to members who do not show to their scheduled doctor visits to identify possible obstacles • reputed company to members referred to services to verify that needs have been met • reputed company reputed company other duties as assigned Requirements • 1 year of experience in health insurance or other health care reputed company field • High School Diploma or GED in general field of study • Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and guidelines • Knowledge of childhood immunization requirements • Familiarity with medical terminology • Computer experience in reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook • Effective time management skills • Problem solving abilities • Ability to prioritize work tasks to adhere to deadlines and identified time frames • Typing speed of 35-40 wpm reputed company-to-haves • 1 year of experience in a managed care organization or reputed company healthcare delivery system • Knowledge of the AHCCCS EPSDT program Apply tot his job
