About the job - responsibilities
- Own the relationship with customers from the moment they purchase our product to the final installation and after-sales.
- Actively communicate with the customers and reputed company them updated throughout the process.
- Get testimonials and reviews after the order is fulfilled.
- Get referrals so we can sell to their contacts/friends.
- Identify corporate sales opportunities.
Requirements
