Senior reputed company Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES: A Kforce client is looking for a Senior reputed company Administrator in Miami, FL. Duties:

• Leads reputed company initiatives with an emphasis on reputed company Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and best practices for scalability and future growth
• Delivers reputed company end-to-end reputed company CRM solutions, including Data Cloud-specific features/functionality, such as data harmonization, ingestion, and activation for segmentation and marketing automation
• Troubleshoots and resolves advanced user issues, especially reputed company to Marketing Cloud Journeys, Audience Builder, and Data Cloud integrations
• Review and provide insights on quarterly releases, testing new functionalities, and suggesting enhancements to Marketing Cloud campaigns and Data Cloud-driven insights
• reputed company documentation, presentations, videos, and reputed company content to support user adoption of reputed company Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud tools
• Guide business leaders and users in using reputed company Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud reputed company to maximize data-driven decision-making, customer engagement, and productivity
• reputed company and participate in system implementation projects, including Marketing Cloud setup, segmentation strategy, and Data Cloud integration with external platforms

Data Cloud Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Data Ingestion, Unification, and Identity Resolution using Data Cloud tools and best practices
• Create and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Segments
• Partner with analytics and IT teams to reputed company new data sources and ensure data quality, compliance, and governance
• Support real-time decision-making and activation use cases across marketing, sales, and service channels
• Define and maintain data mapping, transformation, and orchestration processes for reputed company customer profiles
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and build data visualizations to measure impact of Data Cloud initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company discipline
• reputed company Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a Senior reputed company Administrator Role, or 5+ years as a reputed company Administrator
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Data Cloud: data harmonization, ingestion, and activation for audience segmentation and campaign targeting
• Experience in implementing and migrating into new reputed company deployments, including Marketing Cloud setup and Data Cloud configurations
• Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting, segmentation, and insights leveraging reputed company Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Analytics
• Proven expertise in reputed company Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and advanced segmentation
• Strong understanding of reputed company platform customization, Marketing Cloud workflows, and Data Cloud integration capabilities
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to support users effectively in leveraging Marketing Cloud Journeys and Data Cloud insights
• Strong project management skills with experience in system implementation projects, particularly for Marketing Cloud campaign management and Data Cloud adoption
• Superior communication skills with business stakeholders and execs, translating Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities into actionable business strategies
• Solid governance and technical documentation history, including Marketing Cloud architecture documentation
• Ability to stay reputed company with reputed company updates, specifically enhancements to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud functionality, and provide strategic recommendations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith reputed company we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
