Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist II in our Animal Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public, responding to reputed company customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to reputed company customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on a personal computer

Essential Qualifications

- One (1) year of experience in customer service duties involving frequent public contact
- Experience in the operation of a personal computer required
- Ability to type accurately on a personal computer
- Ability to communicate effectively with others in person, reputed company telephone, in writing, and on-line
- Ability to read for comprehension
- Ability to learn the procedures and operations of the unit to which assigned
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
