Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll coordinate and collect medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a full-time, seasonal position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication
- Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for reputed company and problem resolution
