Position Scope

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed
• Exceeding daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
• Recording detailed notes of customer communication
• Maintaining real-time communication by keeping inventory volume reputed company
• Creating life-long customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients
• De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers
• Recording and documenting customer interactions, inputting necessary data, and keeping records to identify trends for escalation
• Collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible
• Operating in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge
• Adapting to a fast-paced and reputed company-changing work environment
• Working a customer service schedule based on high-volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry
• Maintaining consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities
• Performing other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A clear and reputed company telephone voice without major background noise or distractions
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads
• Self-motivation with strong communication skills, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to learn quickly
• Reliability and a consistent track record of delivering excellent work performance
• Experience with a multi-line phone system
• Computer skills, including reputed company Office, various cloud-based platforms (such as reputed company), data entry, and word processing

Qualification/Education and Experience

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Strong customer service skills (1-3 years' experience in a customer service reputed company)
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, Chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
• This position is weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
