75% hands-on system design, building & implementation

CRM systems: A firm’s slow intake team is losing viable cases. You will build the automated email, SMS & AI workflows that ensure reputed company reputed company response and qualification.

Uncovering law firm operational challenges and connecting these to technical solutions
Autonomously gathering requirements, presenting to & training client teams, and managing adoption of deployed solutions
Building working relationships with clients and ensuring their high satisfaction & NPS You will be handling reputed company from 1 to 4 client engagements at a time (depending on their size & complexity), owning the full implementation while being supported by a senior consultant and an extensive knowledge reputed company of past client projects & solutions. 2-5 years of experience in similar roles
Experience in client-facing roles and/or consulting, especially for SMEs
