Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

• Inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
• Managing customer accounts and providing technical support, using your problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues
• Application data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer information

Qualifications
