Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Specialist – Cloud Application Support, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our US Government (USG) and Enterprise clients, providing expert guidance, support, and analysis to resolve reputed company record and charging issues. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solutions Architects, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their use of AWS record and charging services, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve their experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of AWS products and features, staying reputed company of the curve on new developments and innovations.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, or reputed company field)

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or record management, working with high-profile clients
