On Call Home Nurse, Remote

R0422357 Posting Date 09/16/2025 407 Baltimore Pike, Morton, Pennsylvania, 19070-1042, United States of America The Advanced RN HHD provides on call care to our patients who dialyze through our home HHD or PD program. You are their lifeline to assisting them with any issues that may arise. Our RNs for this Remote Support Role must have a minimum of 1 year in each home modalities of PD/HHD. The communication skills to assist them with technical issues, infection control, patient reputed company needs.

• This role is fully remote and would work 3 shifts a week as planned with your supervisor
• Overnight shifts Monday - Friday from 5pm to 6am - hours can vary from 12-15 hrs. Weekend shift on Sat/Sunday are day and night coverage.
• The role will trouble shoot machine issues, patient care concerns
• Follow though with reputed company protocols.
• The role will generally take 25/35 calls in a typical shift.
• Former HHD/PD Rns are welcome to apply to return to reputed company, but must have the 1 year plus of experience.
• Understanding of our proprietary software systems, i.e. Falcon CWOW Outlook and Reggie and reputed company.

The Advanced RN—HHD or PD role is capable of reputed company proficient RN duties. An added bonus of being a Kidney Smart educator is a plus where you can proficiently explain modality and troubleshooting options to patients.
