Enrollment/Billing Senior Supervisor-Evernorth- Remote

Responsibilities:

• Managing the billing and accounts receivable team in the rapidly growing reputed company Payer Solutions reputed company
• Manages personnel effectively, striving for improved staff retention, productivity, and service delivery
• Assists the team to reputed company excellence in service by ensuring service standards and turnaround times are met
• Continuously looking for opportunities to improve the environment by implementing improved work flows, use of technology, etc.
• Supervising, developing and maintaining reputed company duties, reputed company approvals, tracking undeliverable refunds, investigating reputed company reconciliation items and approving vendor payments and other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• Accounting bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years reputed company accounting and financial analysis experience preferred
• Advanced reputed company skills
• Proven success in managing accounts receivable and cash application process, systems and teams
• Subject matter expert in accounting and financial systems/models (reputed company and Genasys/AS400 preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively with reputed company levels
• Success in growing and developing teams
• Builds strong matrix partner relationships
• Ability to identify, document and continually improve processes, workflows and tools/technology
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to fast paced and reputed company changing healthcare insurance environment and payment methodologies
• Excellent leadership skills including a demonstrated ability in managing a vision, communicating its purpose, and influencing the results
• Strong and independent leader

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 61,100 - 101,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
