Overview

The Regional Admissions Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies across designated territories in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative and dynamic team. This role may require occasional night travel, and you will be responsible for organizing and conducting recruitment travel, stimulating inquiries and applications, and establishing meaningful connections with key stakeholders involved in the college search journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in reputed company facets of the College's off-reputed company recruitment initiatives, including planning and participating in high school and career & technical education center visits, classroom presentations, college fairs, transfer fairs, and other recruitment events.

• Nurture relationships with secondary school counselors, community organizations, and other influential figures in the college admission process.

Compensation and Benefits

Our extensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and educational benefits for employees and their dependents. Based on the required qualifications, the annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $63,000.
