Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age or demonstrate legal reputed company to enter a contract * Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation * Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States * Be a U.S. citizen, permanent reputed company, asylee, refugee, or temporary reputed company (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as reputed company in practical training status)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities: * Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems * Following up on missing information to process claims reputed company * Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness * Compiling reports from systems with claims information to provide insights and support to reputed company * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or equivalent * 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role * Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and reputed company process claims information * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company and clients
