The Role
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal basis. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. Your primary focus will be on making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls, investigating and analyzing customer data for reputed company, and providing problem resolution through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
