The Opportunity
As our first Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer support team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our development team to understand the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers reputed company live chat and email, resolving any problems they may have, and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Superb written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level
- Comfortable working with basic CSS and JS and willing to learn more if needed
- Ability to write technical documentation/articles

- Ability to work at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 9am-6pm
