Job Summary

We're looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented service representatives to provide high-level customer service solutions to our clients on a daily basis. As a Remote Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound calls, making consistent outbound calls, and providing accurate and complete information to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls and reputed company consistent outbound calls to reputed company sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
• Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, handling customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company time limits.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Flexibility with scheduling and work hours, with at least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience.
• Experience working with an automatic dialer and pleasant phone demeanor.
• Experience in both Inbound and Outbound environments.
