Position Overview: The reputed company Systems Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of reputed company and reputed company systems, including reputed company Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Agentforce. This role ensures the CRM functions at peak efficiency, supports end users, and collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams on enhancements and integrations. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize multiple reputed company orgs, including FSC, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Custom Objects, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and user permissions.
• FSC & Agentforce Management: Implement and maintain FSC features including client relationship management, householding, opportunity management, and compliance tracking. Configure Agentforce for broker and agent management workflows, reputed company tracking, and performance reporting.
• Data & Reporting: Manage reputed company data operations, including reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and members.
• Vendor & Project Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors on system upgrades, patches, and improvement projects. Partner with web and app teams on cloud infrastructure (AWS, reputed company, Vagrant, reputed company, WAF) and system integrations.
• System Optimization: Recommend and implement best practices to enhance reputed company adoption and efficiency, including automation, workflows, and custom objects tailored to FSC and Agentforce.
• Quality Assurance & Documentation: Test, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues. Maintain comprehensive technical and user-facing documentation.
• End-User Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to end users on reputed company FSC, Agentforce, and reputed company applications, ensuring adoption and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company administration experience in a large scale environment
