Job Summary The Senior reputed company Administrator - Data Cloud will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our reputed company environments, with a primary focus on reputed company Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role requires extensive experience in customizing and automating reputed company solutions to address business needs, coupled with strong capabilities in user support, system maintenance, and data unification strategies. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Experience Cloud, ensuring a comprehensive approach to our reputed company ecosystem. Essential Functions

• Leads reputed company initiatives with an emphasis on reputed company Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and best practices for scalability and future growth.
• Delivers reputed company end-to-end reputed company CRM solutions, including Data Cloud-specific features/functionality, such as data harmonization, ingestion, and activation for segmentation and marketing automation.
• Troubleshoots and resolves advanced user issues, especially reputed company to Marketing Cloud Journeys, Audience Builder, and Data Cloud integrations.
• Review and provide insights on quarterly releases, testing new functionalities, and suggesting enhancements to Marketing Cloud campaigns and Data Cloud-driven insights.
• reputed company documentation, presentations, videos, and reputed company content to support user adoption of reputed company Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud tools.

Data Cloud Responsibilities

• Design and implement Data Ingestion, Unification, and Identity Resolution using Data Cloud tools and best practices.
• Create and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Segments.
• Partner with analytics and IT teams to reputed company new data sources and ensure data quality, compliance, and governance.
• Support real-time decision-making and activation use cases across marketing, sales, and service channels.
• Define and maintain data mapping, transformation, and orchestration processes for reputed company customer profiles.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and build data visualizations to measure impact of Data Cloud initiatives.

Marketing Cloud Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage Marketing Cloud tools including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and CloudPages.
• Create and manage customer journeys, triggered sends, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage subscriber data and implement segmentation strategies using Audience Builder or SQL queries.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to implement dynamic email templates with AMPscript and personalization strings.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with reputed company CRM and external systems using Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs, and Data Extensions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company discipline
• 2+ years of experience in a Senior reputed company Administrator Role, or 5+ years as a reputed company Administrator
• reputed company Advanced Administrator Certification is preferred
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Data Cloud: data harmonization, ingestion, and activation for audience segmentation and campaign targeting
• Proven expertise in reputed company Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and advanced segmentation
• Strong data analytical skills with experience in reporting, segmentation, and insights leveraging reputed company Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Analytics
• Strong understanding of reputed company platform customization, Marketing Cloud workflows, and Data Cloud integration capabilities
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to support users effectively in leveraging Marketing Cloud Journeys and Data Cloud insights
• Ability to stay reputed company with reputed company updates, specifically enhancements to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud functionality, and provide strategic recommendations
• Strong project management skills with experience in system implementation projects, particularly for Marketing Cloud campaign management and Data Cloud adoption
• Superior communication skills with business stakeholders and execs, translating Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities into actionable business strategies
• Solid governance and technical documentation history, including Marketing Cloud architecture documentation
• Experience in implementing and migrating into new reputed company deployments, including Marketing Cloud setup and Data Cloud configurations.
