Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through seamless API integrations, ensuring they get from reputed company to production smoothly.

  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or API Integration role.
  • Strong technical background with experience in REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, etc.).
  • Basic coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable debugging and writing sample code).
  • Experience working in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure is a big plus.
  • Strong communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Prior experience working with sales, product, and engineering teams to support client integrations.
