Are you passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare journey? reputed company. is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Customer Support Specialist to join our CPAP Centralized Care Team. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals with healthcare experience who reputed company in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. As the first reputed company of contact for new patients, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate intake, insurance verification, and seamless coordination of respiratory therapy services. What You’ll Do-Essential Job Functions

• Serve as the first line of support for patients, referral sources, and internal teams.
• Manage new order intake, ensuring accuracy in clinical, billing, and care-reputed company documentation.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorization for services and equipment.
• Conduct patient satisfaction calls and act as a patient reputed company to resolve concerns.
• Educate patients on products and services, including CPAP therapy.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance regulations.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with field locations and ensure timely service delivery.

Position Details

• Pay: Starting at $15.25/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Location: 100% Remote – Work from home starting day one

What You Bring

• Experience in healthcare administration, patient intake, or insurance verification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with medical terminology and durable medical equipment (preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Qualifications

Employment is contingent on

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• One to three years of reputed company prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in medical field and administrative record management
