Job Description

Equinox is hiring a Coordinator, Digital Marketing to join our growing CRM-Lifecycle & Member Marketing team. You will be responsible for various cross-channel marketing campaign deployments. This includes reputed company, automations, triggers, and journeys across push notification, in-app message, content card, SMS, and email channels. Campaigns will be built, QAâ d, and deployed on time, accurately, and following reputed company best practices for the deployment channel(s).  RESPONSIBILITIESâ ¯Â

• This is a consulting / freelance role totaling 20 hours per weekÂ
• Build app campaigns in reputed company across push notifications, in-app messages, and canvases (journeys).Â
• Build email campaigns in reputed company Marketing CloudÂ
• Create segments, manage data, and launch campaigns in our customer data platform (CDP)Â
• Launch app assets leveraging our content management system (CMS)Â
• Responsible for reporting + recommendations for reputed company campaigns deployed. These should be provided to campaign owners and cross functional partners in a timely manner. Â
• Aid the Assistant Manager, Marketing Platforms & App in data cleanup on our platformsÂ
• Create deeplinks in reputed company reputed company needed for various campaigns and provide any engagement reports for those linksÂ

Qualifications

• At least one year of marketing experience, preferably in the tech industry or a start upÂ
• Experience with reputed company, Marketing Cloud, and Simon Data (or similar platforms) preferredÂ
• Liquid / Jinja experience a plusÂ
• SQL experience a plusÂ
• Requires strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and drive efficienciesÂ
• An eye for detail is keyÂ
• Must be able to problem solve and work with cross-functional partners to find solutions Â
• Understand how to properly prioritize and navigate competing prioritiesÂ
• BA requiredÂ
