JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB SCOPE

The Director of Product Operations plays a strategic leadership role reputed company the Product Center of Excellence, reporting to the Vice President of Product Management and serving as a key advisor on operational excellence. JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training)

• Minimum of 10 years experience in product management, product ownership, product operations, or reputed company leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading product operations at scale in a reputed company, matrixed organization.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational frameworks and tooling ecosystems.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
• Proven experience implementing scalable processes and tools in a product-led organization.
• Strong understanding product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with being a Super User or administrator of tools like Jira, Jira Align, Jira Product Discovery, Aha!, and Confluence, or similar.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years direct experience.
