Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company part-time remote bookkeeper to join reputed company and provide financial support to our clients. As a remote bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining multiple QuickBooks files, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, auditing vendor and customer accounts, and providing accurate financial statements. You will also be responsible for moving small businesses towards their financial goals through consistent support and important reminders.
Responsibilities
As a part-time remote bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintain multiple QuickBooks files by entering transactions accurately and reputed company
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and Line of Credit accounts in QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Audit vendor and customer accounts for accurate A/P and A/R to ensure timely payments and collections
- Provide accurate and timely financial statements to clients, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Obtain necessary documentation for accuracy of transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements
- Move small businesses towards their financial goals through consistent support and important reminders, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide personalized support and guidance to help them reputed company their objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
- 2-year degree in accounting, finance, or a reputed company field
- QuickBooks Online certification, with experience maintaining multiple QuickBooks files for multiple companies
- Efficient typing skills, with the ability to enter transactions accurately and reputed company
- Professional phone etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Correspondence writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company financial information in a clear and concise manner
