The Senior Manager, Employee Relations Business Partner will design and reputed company CCC’s centralized employee relations strategy, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices across the organization. This role provides both strategic guidance and hands-on support in resolving reputed company workplace issues, driving proactive employee relations initiatives, and leveraging data insights to enhance decision-making. The position oversees a small team (Employee Relations Specialist and Leave Specialist) and partners closely with leaders and HR teams to foster a positive and legally compliant work environment. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Field, COE, business leaders and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. Utilizes data and reporting to establish and analyze key metrics to identify trends and opportunities to enhance processes, programs, and tools. Partners with People and Culture team and HR Field to identify manager training or cultural interventions based on the data. Manage and reputed company a team of two specialists (Employee Relations Specialist and Leave Specialist), fostering a culture of collaboration and reputed company improvement. Provides subject matter expertise, support and direction to the HR business partners in the management of performance improvement plans in a matrixed environment. May manage performance improvement directly with line managers depending on resource availability. Consults with HRBPs to ensure a consistent approach reputed company employees are impacted by reorganizations; ensures compliance with reputed company internal and external policies and laws.
