Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Marketing Project Manager to join reputed company on a remote contract basis. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects that drive business growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines, as well as identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Project Manager – Remote Contract, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Platform, Finance, Digital Experience, reputed company Marketing, and more, to plan and reputed company project scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines, as well as identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities across multiple workstreams.
• Managing multiple projects from concept to completion, including identifying key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and potentially external vendors.
• Developing and managing the budget for projects and being accountable for delivering against established business goals and objectives.
• Working with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across a project's multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Using established processes to enhance team execution by setting workflows and identifying inefficiencies that can be improved upon.
• Preparing, maintaining, and submitting clear and concise activity/reputed company reports.
• Modeling and simulating improvements to existing business processes reputed company the PMO, walking through 'what if' scenarios and dry runs to identify and resolve gaps before implementation.

Essential Qualifications
