[Remote] Virtual Teacher, Science/Biology Full Time (CO)

They are seeking a Virtual Science Teacher to provide personalized and effective learning experiences for reputed company by delivering course content in an online environment. The role involves live and asynchronous instruction, grading, and supporting student engagement while managing individual learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a workload that supports fluctuating business needs (typically, 3-5 hours per day of live instruction with an enrollment load that corresponds to the mix of duties assigned)
• Provide rich and engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for reputed company
• Personalize learning for reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Active state teaching license with a Science endorsement in Biology. Preferred state licensure from CO or IN
• Three or more years of classroom teaching experience with one year of online teaching experience
• Ability to clear required background reputed company
• Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology
• Experience teaching in an online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment
• Experience with online learning platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisions
