Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company LPN to work in our Acute 24 Hours Care, Detox, 32 Hours Night Shift program. As an LPN, you will be responsible for assessing the physical and psychosocial status of patients, administering medications, and providing education and support to patients and their families. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients in reputed company settings by obtaining appropriate patient histories, administering physician/primary care provider orders, nursing assessment, medication administration reconciliation, taking and monitoring vitals of clients on the unit, medication administration, and documentation.

• Provide appropriate health care and coordinates referrals as prescribed by providers.
• Participate in the evaluation of client's condition and reputed company with team members.

Essential Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with reputed company license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.

• Previous clinical experience working with substance abuse and mental health.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and ability to contribute to team objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a detox or substance abuse treatment setting.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
