The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Mac Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our home office staff, advisors, and their staff, providing technical support and guidance on a wide range of reputed company devices and software. You'll work closely with reputed company to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, prioritize help requests, and provide exceptional customer service to our users. With a focus on delivering high-quality support, you'll be an integral part of our Technology department, helping to ensure that our users have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level reputed company device and software support to home office staff, advisors, and their staff, on a wide range of issues

• Support Mac users in an enterprise environment, helping to acclimate users to reputed company products for business use, and providing technical support to advanced users
• Prioritize and process help requests to provide technical problem identification and resolution
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with macOS, reputed company Office for Mac, and other reputed company software
• Provide technical recommendations and support to advisors and their staff regarding any technology they use
• Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement technical solutions to improve user experience and efficiency

Core Strengths and Skills

* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to our users

• Ability to accurately and effectively troubleshoot and solve technical problems and find solutions
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, listening skills, and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with macOS (10.13 and newer)
• Experience with reputed company Office for Mac 2016/2019/Office 365 functionality and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues
• Mobile device support, including iOS and iPadOS, as well as watchOS and tvOS
• Knowledge of Active Directory and domain environments
• Ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP networking issues, including network devices such as printers and scanners

Additional Skills and Knowledge

* 3+ years' experience supporting MacOS and iOS

• reputed company Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification preferred
• reputed company Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certification preferred
• Knowledge and experience with networking hardware and software, such as firewalls, routers, switches, VoIP, and VPN, a plus
• Experience in a tech services or helpdesk role on reputed company a plus
