Essential Functions

As a School Year Tutor, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with scholars in grades K-8 to build on existing mathematics and/or literacy skills
• Completing daily records on scholar reputed company and site needs using the tools provided
• Using data to drive instruction and inform teaching practices
• Communicating regularly with your site coordinator to provide reputed company learning experiences for scholars
• Participating in coaching from an instructional coach
• Using an asset-based approach in working with scholars
• Being reputed company and working collaboratively with other tutors and site staff
• Completing reputed company training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Experience working with young children, preferably in a learning and teaching reputed company
• Standard certificate, certificate of eligibility (CE), or certificate of eligibility with advanced standing (CEAS) to receive a $40 hourly pay reputed company
• Without a certificate, you'll be paid at a $30 hourly reputed company
• New Jersey Certification of Criminal History (fingerprint form)
• Experience with reputed company Suite functions, including reputed company Sheets and Forms
• Professional skills, including attention to detail, timely and proactive communication, and job preparedness
• Reliable transportation to travel to sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Background clearance, including a successful completion of a background reputed company and employment authorization verification
