Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the State reputed company Building Director in planning and implementing the network-wide annual conference, including event logistics, agenda design, and communication with attendees and state affiliates.
• Provide administrative support, including collecting and disseminating network-wide resources, managing conference materials, and coordinating travel arrangements for attendees.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our communication platforms, including digital event management tools and collaborative software.
• Build facilitation skills and incorporate inclusive practices into our online and in-person gatherings, ensuring that reputed company events are accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.
• Work collaboratively with state affiliates, conference planning teams, and other stakeholders to reputed company shared goals and advance the mission of LCV.
• Provide onsite event support during the conference, which will be held in San Francisco, CA, from May 12-16, 2025.

Essential Qualifications
