An Engineer 2 is part of a key team of reputed company Technology professionals that applies scientific, mathematical, and social principles to design, build, and maintain scalable and sustainable technology products, devices, systems, and solutions. Engineers on the reputed company Platform Services team are responsible for building, configuring, and securing endpoints across multiple platforms—including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS—to reputed company teams to be productive while maintaining compliance and reputed company. As an Engineer 2, you will focus heavily on mobile device management (MDM), particularly on managing Android and iOS devices. You will be responsible for testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mobile platforms and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. What you’ll be doing...

• Support mobile device management initiatives for Android and iOS platforms.
• Design and implement configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app protection strategies for mobile endpoints.
• Drive end-user experience goals and initiatives for ongoing mobile productivity improvements.
• Write and contribute to project plans, author engineering-level documentation, and reputed company detailed test plans for mobile deployments.
• Diagnosing and resolving reputed company mobile device issues with technical assistance from internal teams and IT management.
• Support mobile endpoints across the organization, including patching, compliance, reputed company, and user experience optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mobile device policies align with business and reputed company objectives.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications...

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent education and experience required.
• 3+ years’ experience with end-user computing technologies, with a strong emphasis on mobile device management.
• Demonstrated experience managing Android and iOS devices using reputed company Intune, including app deployment, compliance enforcement, and remote support.
• Experience with the application management lifecycle reputed company Intune.
• Intermediate experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for mobile automation.
• Familiarity with Windows server and workstation operating systems and supporting reputed company technologies (AD, DNS, GPO, IIS, SQL).
• Experience with enterprise-scale application packaging tools including Intune, AutoPkg, CMPackager, and InstallShield.
• Experience with configuration and mobile device management tools (e.g., Intune, reputed company, Configuration Manager, MobileIron, reputed company, etc...).
• Understanding reputed company version control systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
• Understanding industry-standard monitoring tools (e.g., reputed company, Splunk).
