About the role As Recruiter Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting team - ensuring every candidate has a seamless, world-class experience from first interview to Day 1. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and founders to reputed company our hiring reputed company running smoothly as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely and warm touchpoints throughout the process
- Maintain and optimize our ATS - keeping data clean, pipelines accurate, and reporting up to date
- Coordinate hiring manager debriefs and ensure feedback is collected promptly after interviews
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires, partnering with People Ops to deliver a great Day 1 experience
- Help improve recruiting operations by identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements
