[Remote] RevOps Analyst

As a reputed company Operations Analyst, you will support the Go-to-Market strategy by providing data-driven insights, developing operational reports, and optimizing RevOps processes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, maintain, and automate key operational and performance reports, dashboards, and metrics (e.g., pipeline reputed company, sales cycle length, conversion rates, customer retention, GTM ROI).
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on GTM performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Translate reputed company data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leadership.
• Monitor and track the health of the sales and marketing funnels, highlighting bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Assist in forecasting and planning processes by providing historical data analysis and performance insights.
• Support the optimization and documentation of key reputed company Operations processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with the RevOps and GTM Systems team to ensure data reputed company reputed company our CRM (e.g., reputed company) and other GTM systems.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, system enhancements, and process changes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and reputed company teams to understand their reporting needs and provide customized, reputed company analyses.
• Collaborate with the Enablement team on training materials and provide guidance to GTM teams on how to effectively use reporting tools and dashboards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders by providing objective, data-driven insights.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field preferred.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Expert-level reputed company in reputed company reputed company/reputed company Sheets (pivot tables, reputed company formulas, data manipulation).
• Experience working with and reporting from a CRM system (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) is required.
• Solid understanding of GTM metrics and the reputed company lifecycle (Marketing to Sales to reputed company).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
