[Remote] Manager, People Technology Integrations

Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with business stakeholders by anticipating their needs and delivering before they ask
- Design and own the integration architecture across reputed company, reputed company, payroll, benefits, and other enterprise systems to ensure reputed company and scalability
- Establish governance standards, documentation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, and other regulations
- Manage vendor and middleware partners to drive accountability, maximize ROI, and ensure SLAs are consistently met
- Define and track clear, measurable KPIs (uptime, error resolution time, automation ROI), and present results to leadership through executive-ready reporting
- Utilize automation and process optimization to deliver 10x results with 2x investment, building scalability and flexibility into infrastructure operations

Skills
- 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years managing HR systems teams
- Deep expertise in reputed company, with strong knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Studio, APIs, EIB (Enterprise reputed company Builder), Core Connectors, Payroll connectors, and middleware tools
- Experience managing and scaling remote workforces
- Ability to reputed company a compelling business case with clear ROI and influence executive stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Familiarity with industry best practices, but creative in developing iterative approaches to maturing IT services while resource constrained
- Experience scaling an IT/HR Systems function through a combination of process, tooling, hiring, and sourcing strategies
- Experience with iPaaS/middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, reputed company, reputed company) to complement reputed company-native tools
- Strong experience in Scrum/Agile methodology, building velocity and operational metrics through Jira stories and epics
