Your Role
As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our valued customers. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service and support to customers who rely on us for their communication needs. Your superior sales and customer service skills, combined with your excitement for technology, will reputed company you to:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service
- Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and utilizing your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
- Respond to requests from customers about blithequark products and services
- Verify service order accuracy and completeness and reputed company corrections/changes, as needed
- Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
- Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
- Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is between $579.50 and $1,718.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
Work Environment
As a remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You'll have the flexibility to work in a comfortable and productive environment, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
