Job Summary

As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting student borrowers with their queries, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems. You'll work closely with customers to understand their concerns, empathize with their situations, and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls to assist customers with their queries

• Provide detailed information, process applications, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency
• Practice active listening, reputed company, and clear communication with customers in a positive and professional manner
• Utilize standard technology, such as a telephone, email, and web browser, to navigate pre-scripted responses and provide basic general and claims-specific information
• Follow established and documented policies and standard operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, and documentation of calls
• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
• Complete basic call log, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Experience working with a personal computer and the Windows operating system
• Ability to effectively work reputed company established key performance indicators/metrics
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while completing simultaneous tasks
