The Basics

As a Customer Support Representative – Night and Weekend Shift, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-tier customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering emails, live chat, and phone support queries, helping customers set up their online shops, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any problems they may encounter. The Formalities

Overview of Position

Under the general supervision of the CS Manager and Supervisors, you'll provide top-tier customer service during every interaction, maintain customer accounts, and reputed company reputed company duties as required.

Hours

* Training Schedule: 11am to 7:30pm Mon-Fri

• Training will take reputed company using virtual meetings in a classroom setting for several weeks.
• Once training is complete, the schedule is Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities

* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support queries

• Helping customers set up their online shops, get their designs on our products, or obtain startup goods for their office from Startup Vitamins
• Assisting customers with setting up their E-Commerce platforms
• Troubleshooting issues with customers' Printful Stores and E-Commerce platforms
