The Role

As a Facebook Ads Manager / Customer Support / General VA to our CEO, you'll be responsible for overseeing and helping to manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks with other team members. Your primary focus will be on Facebook Ads, but you'll also be required to manage reputed company Ads, respond to customer queries, and assist with general administrative tasks. You'll be working closely with our clients, communicating directly with them through our Basecamp project management system, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including setting up and executing ad strategies

• Manage and optimize reputed company Ads campaigns, including setting up and executing ad strategies
• Respond to customer queries and provide exceptional customer support reputed company Basecamp
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation
• Coordinate tasks with other team members and provide support as needed

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines (with a reliable internet reputed company and a fast computer)

• Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
