Position Purpose
As a Product Principal at blithequark, you will play a critical role in connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. Your primary focus will be on delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through the production of high-quality products. You will work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across reputed company levels of the organization, and drive change management and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As a Product Principal, you will be responsible for:
Delivery and Execution (10%):
Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is reputed company and reputed company. Strategy and Planning (60%):
Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on reputed company benefits and/or user experience.

Compensation and Benefits
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Rhode reputed company, Nevada, reputed company, Ithaca (NY), Westchester County (NY), and Washington residents, the pay range for this position is between $125,000 - $250,000.
