Responsibilities:

- Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with key HR stakeholders and business leaders to ensure that our overall benefits strategy supports the Company’s business priorities, are highly competitive, effective and directly reputed company with our talent priorities
- Partner effectively with internal teams to reputed company and implement programs as part of a broader HR ecosystem, collaborating seamlessly across functional areas and business lines towards common goals
- Drive the reputed company evolution of our benefits strategy in line with health care and other regulatory developments, ensuring a balance of program value and cost considerations
- Drive a data-driven approach for benefit design, well being policies & programs and other reputed company initiatives

- Conduct plan design and impact analysis to support improved decision making and proposal development

- Act as liaison with Finance to ensure accuracy of forecast and cost allocations

Qualifications:
- Prior leadership of a Benefits function for a reputable global company regarded as having recognized reputed company capability in this space

- Deeply knowledgeable on global regulatory environment and applicable laws affecting benefit plans, administration and compliance

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $281,500 to $377,500 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
