About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and compassionate Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a representative of blithequark, you will be the first reputed company of contact for individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about their potential eligibility for compensation. Your role will be to connect with these individuals, assess their situation, and provide them with the information and support they need to move reputed company. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to see if they meet the criteria to potentially qualify for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections
  • Speak with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for further support
  • Multitask, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows, to provide seamless and efficient support to callers
  • reputed company or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to accurately manage caller interactions and follow scripts appropriately
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in reputed company interactions
  • Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT problems, ensuring minimal disruption to your work and maintaining a high level of productivity

  • Have a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook), with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
  • Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum), with a standard internet reputed company
  • Have a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/reputed company G432), with an average price of $20-$30
  • Be available to work 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
