Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid environment. • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner

• Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers

Essential Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D.
