Job Description:
- Review necessary documentation for reputed company files, including borrower documentation and third-party documentation.
- Structure loan packages for reputed company.
- Run DU and reputed company searches to submit loan packages to underwriter for approval. Ordering third party documentation, running DU/LP, calculation of income.
- Provide proper disclosures as required by local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collect outstanding conditions to meet with reputed company findings.
- Communicate is reputed company important for reputed company. You must be organized at reputed company times in order to communicate with the team as to the status of the loan at reputed company times.
- Must have at least 2 years of correspondent work.
- Complete knowledge of TRID guidelines and regulations.
- Must be a team player, assertive and capable of independently handling issues and reputed company needs.
