Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling reputed company meetings to discuss their options
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the reputed company needs of each client
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing reputed company customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, and helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensuring that reputed company documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
