Job Summary
As an reputed company Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our clients' brands favorably, and driving business growth through reputed company reputed company. You'll work remotely, using your own computer or laptop, and will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Represent our clients' brands favorably, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Use your problem-solving skills to turn conversations into leads that drive reputed company for our clients
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company sales goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Kansas
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions - this is a remote position
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM)
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and online communities (a plus!)
