Job Summary
We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients reputed company phone, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients

Training Schedule
Our training program is designed to reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Training will take reputed company Monday through Friday from 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST.
Schedule Availability
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday from 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. You will be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, reputed company this time frame.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour. Please note that this range represents the pay range for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another application
- Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- reputed company High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs over the phone
